From the very start of our heartbreaking journey paul j king funeral directors was absolutely fantastic, Denise with whom I mainly spoke to on the telephone , was professional, gentle , and very sympathetic , which is what you need at such a awful time , the main thing also was that the whole worry of arranging a funeral was taken off our shoulders , as they smoothly guided us when needed , my sister brother and myself are so grateful Mr. King and his wonderful team , thankyou x

Such helpful staff
08/03/2021 - EssexAt a difficult time, the staff were all so caring and welcoming. Never made to feel guilty for constant phoning in the early days of planning, and absolutely no attempt to up sell services. Made to feel it was OUR service OUR way. Not sure if this was the first service with a spontaneous round of applause, but surely a testament in part to the services of Paul J King.

04/02/2021 - EssexImpeccable and outstanding service from these guys. So respectful and professional with attention to detail. I left everything in the capable hands of Sharon (Maldon office) who gave me and my family peace of mind when taking care of my dear sister Sherrie in December 2020. Sharon went the extra mile and beyond expectations with a rather unusual request of ours. The building and chapel in Maldon is absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented. Everything from the service, the chapel, the funeral on the day and even the efficient David Coster at Bowers Gifford (all arranged by Sharon) were all we could have wished for, for our beautiful Sherrie. A huge thank you to everyone that was involved, Our family are very grateful.
