From the moment of meeting Lesley at the SWF branch I knew we had chosen the right place for Molly, her empathy and kindness in this sad situation was very comforting her professionalism outstanding, on the day Jack and his team were perfection we couldn't ask for anything more and also Jay who was celebrant thank you all for getting us through a tough time

Thank you to Lesley in the SWF branch for everything you did in arranging Fred's funeral . Thank you also to Jay, who did a great job in officiating, and to Jack and his team for leading the event. Your help with all the stresses we experienced was much appreciated and it came together beautifully on the day.

I would like to thank Corine, Kate and other members of staff at Paul J King for all their support in helping me, my brother and other family members through this hard period, especially me. On the 11/01/2025 our Mother Bernadette Elizabeth Tsokallis passed away, my Mother and I lived literally next door to the Braintree branch, as a result me and mum new one of the members of staff on a hello how you doing way. When mum passed on Saturday I went next door called the number shown. The phone answered and a man spoke kindly and calmly, I explained what had happened and was told they will send someone around, I asked if Corine could come as me and mum were familiar with her and it felt a bit more personal to me. The gentleman said Corine is off today, that's ok I said, he then replied let me see what i can do. A short while after he called back and said Corine would come in and help today. I felt so grateful. Then Corine and her team turned up, all was very polite and considerate of us. They done what they had to do that day and was very supportive. After a few days me and my brother went to the office to get things going, this time we met Kate, who was also very kind and spoke calmly. Kate went through the plans with us and was very helpful advising us on bits we didn't know. I actually a couple of times phoned and spoke with Corine and Kate for advice and they both helped tremendously. I went to visit mum at the Chelmsford branch, Corine was there with another colleague who was very nice. Corine supported me with encouraging words as i got emotional and helped me be strong to see mum. On the day of mums funeral Corine and her team done an excellent job which me and my family are grateful for. Through this time the whole team were kind and supportive, especially Corine and Kate. Corine and Kate were aware of my health condition including my brain injury and i could tell they were being patient and supportive and given me advice when i didn't understand certain things. So Corine, Kate and team thank you.
