Our Basic Funeral Fees

The Basic Funeral includes

• Collection of the deceased in a Private Ambulance during office hours within a 20-mile radius of our office.
• Guidance on Registration of Death and Coroner’s procedure as necessary
• Making funeral arrangements in our offices by appointment
• Liaising with external organisations such as Doctors and Crematoria
• Care of the deceased until the day of the funeral
• Dressing the deceased in one of our robes
• A simple wood effect coffin with four handles suitable for burial or cremation
• Provision of one of our experienced Funeral Directors on the day of the Funeral
• Our team of up to four uniformed Bearers to carry the coffin into the crematorium or graveside
• A modern standard fleet Hearse to carry coffin to meet at the nearest cemetery or crematoria
• Guidance and support following the funeral with our Bereavement Support Programmes

This service strictly excludes

• Handling of donations
• Visiting our Chapel of Rest
• A service in Church prior to burial or cremation
• Choice of day and time
• Temporary Grave Marker

The fee for this basic arrangement is £2,445 + Disbursements

Out of Hours FEE FOR Removals

• Local collection of the deceased outside our normal office hours - £275
