On Saturday, 10 August we had a staff BBQ at Paul's small holding in the Dengie. While it was 'blowing a gale' all afternoon, this did not stop everyone there having a great time.
Live music, ample food and beverages and an eclectic mix of young and old, dogs and cats made for a lively get together.
The day also marked a changing chapter in the business, with one of our longest serving members of staff, Joanne Lance, leaving us to take up a position at the school her children attend. Jo has been with Paul J King for 11 years and has been a stalwart of the Burnham office. She has been responsible for some of the most innovative and successful office window displays, helping Burnham win prizes and putting PJK in the forefront of Burnham life.
