I would like to thank all at Paul king for the way they looked after all my family during a very hard time. There attention to detail and the way all of our wishes were carried out to perfection. From the first phone call to Martin we felt reassured, he was our primary point of contact and I couldn’t thank him enough for all his help, kind words and patience. At no point did it feel like a business transaction it was very personal. Everyone on the day of the funeral was faultless. It was a beautiful farewell to our mother. Having used Paul king previously they yet again outdone themselves.

I wrote with reference to the above name mentioned as he was my dad. The funeral arrangements was always going to be a very difficult thing anyone ever has to do, but Paul Kings’s staff, Denise and Corinne from the Chelmsford Office were absolutely brilliant. From the first day we met with Denise she made me and my family feel at ease, she spoke slowly so that we all were able to understand what we had to do. She kept us informed of everything from the time dad was transferred from the hospital to their Chapel of rest. All the arrangements went smoothly even up to the day of his funeral. This was a very very tough day, but the staff on the day were absolutely fantastic and explained everything to us. I couldn’t have wished for anything more from any of them. I would highly recommend Paul King to anyone.

I am going to speak from the heart here. I lost my dad and absolutely put my foot down to wanting Paul King. I was not disappointed, I was overwhelmed with the start to the finish. Nigel a few times before the funeral and also took my Dad's clothes in for him to be dressed at Paul Kings Chelmsford. This has been the hardest thing ever for me, not a day went by when I didn't speak to my Dad. Chelmsford branch were sooo amazing, saying I could call for any question or simply just pop in. I am missing my Dad so so so so much. Seeing my Dad arrive broke me like anything, I don't know the ladies name but she was leading for my dad in. She had the most welcoming smile ever, I shook her hand with gratitude and the genuine reassurance smile she gave me, meant I was able to do my Eulogy with talking from the heart like I wanted to. Nigel thank you soooo much, you knew I was trembling and I caught your confident eye contact. I am going to miss my Dad every day. But the dread of a send off was actually okay thanks to you Paul and your team. I thank you from me and my dad.
